Frequently Asked Questions

What is OncologyQuest?
OncologyQuest is a free social rewards system from OncologyNurseAdvisor.com that rewards logged-in users with points and badges for completing certain actions on the site. It also encourages users to interact with each other. Click here for more information.

Do I need to log in to participate?
Yes. You can log in with your OncologyNurseAdvisor.com user name and password. If you do not have an account, simply click Register here.

How do I get points?
Accumulate points by performing a number of different actions on the site ranging from viewing an article to assessing the latest case study correctly. The number of points varies by the action and will be displayed in a green pop-up notification at the bottom the screen. A higher number of points are awarded for more challenging actions. For example, you will earn 50 points for visiting the website compared to 500 points for submitting a feature article. By accumulating points, you will rise from level to level.

What if I don't see my points right away?

If you submit a viewpoint, feature article, case study, or image, OncologyNurseAdvisor.com editors will review your submission and assign you points manually within 24-48 business hours. These points will not show up immediately after submission.

Points for standard actions will be awarded automatically, but remember—you need to be logged into OncologyNurseAdvisor.com to view your points. If you experience any difficulty, please contact ona.support@haymarketmedia.com.

What are the badges for and how do I get them?
Badges are small icons representing an action you completed. In addition to points, badges are awarded for certain milestones or achievements over time. These are displayed in a green pop-up notification at the bottom of the screen.

How do I add a profile image?
